Mission
At The Chapel in Green, we want to be a community of Christ-followers who are known for our deep love for God and people, and for our commitment to helping one another become more like Jesus. Our church exists to live out the Great Commandments in Scripture — to love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind, and to love your neighbor as yourself — and to obey the Great Commission given to us by Jesus — to make disciples who will likewise obey Him.

Living for God. Reaching people. Teaching them to follow Jesus.
It is our love for the Lord that motivates us to live for Him. He has given us new life through His Son, and out of that new life, we find our new purpose: to love Him and to bring Him glory. But we don’t keep this new life all to ourselves. We demonstrate our love for others by reaching out to them and inviting them to share in the joy and hope that comes from eternal life with Jesus. As we teach them who He is and how to follow Him, they too become disciples who will shine as lights in a dark world.
For over 20 years, God has worked faithfully through this church to help us reach our community and teach people to follow Him, here and around the world. Whoever you are, and wherever you find yourself on your walk of faith, we want you to know that you are welcome and wanted at The Chapel in Green.
